Do I have to replace what I already have?
Usually not. Many existing thermostats, locks, cameras and lights can be brought into one system. We'll tell you honestly what's worth keeping.
Is my home's data private?
Yes. Domus9 homes run on a system that lives inside your home, not on someone else's cloud. Your routines keep working even if the internet goes down.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. Everything is designed to just work, with simple controls and a real person to call. If you can use a light switch, you're set.
Is this a home security or alarm service?
No. Domus9 is not an alarm monitoring company. Our Watch system covers cameras and alerts that keep you informed about your home.
